General conditions of sale
All prices are in EUR, including VAT.
Delivery time for ordered goods is up to 15 working days. In case the goods are not in stock, we will inform you about the possible delivery time.
The consumer has the right to inform the company (Vermis d.o.o.) within 14 days that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason foryour decision. The company (Vermis d.o.o.) must return everything done to the consumer after withdrawing from the contractpayments (including shipping costs to the consumer). Refunds must be made by the company (Vermis d.o.o.) as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal. If the consumer has already received the goods, he must return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
Payment for ordered goods
Payment for the ordered goods can be made upon collection, by payment by proforma invoice and via PayPal.
Invoice
The price of the goods on the invoice is valid according to the price list that was valid on the day of ordering the goods. The invoice is received by the buyer upon receipt of the goods.
Exercising warranty rights
The warranty can be claimed by the buyer directly from Vermis d.o.o. The manufacturer is obliged to carry out warranty repair within 45 days of receipt of the goods, otherwise the item must be replaced with the same, new and faultless item.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
Vermis d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes (in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act). As a web providerstores in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, on our website we publish an electronic link to the platform for online consumer resolutiondisputes (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=SL.
The said regulation derives from the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, Regulation (EU) no. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council online settlement of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC.
