The General Terms and Conditions apply to the activity and services of the online store in accordance with the applicable legislation on consumer protection, the applicable legislation on electronic commerce, the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and the recommendations of the TZS.

The company Vermis d.o.o. (hereinafter the provider) collects and processes the following personal data in the online store: name, surname, address,GSM, email address. The said personal data is collected and processed for the purposes of executing and delivering online orders, resolvingany problems before and after online purchases. The user of the online store can at any time from the controller of personal datarequests that it stop processing the above data.

Validity of the general conditions: from 1 March 2020 until the change or cancellation.
